For all of you following my blog “Born to Eat Meat” I’ve been away from blogging for almost a year. During that time, I’ve studied intensively and jumped through all the hoops required to reactivate my Family Medicine board certification and my Texas medical license. I’ve take a full time faculty position at the Texoma Family Medicine Residency in Denison, Texas and moved my family there. Some of my blogs are going to get more technical since I’ve rejoined academia but I will soon bring a new website active called www.U-Turn.us aimed at non-technical commentary on diet and health related subjects. I’m not going to have time to be active on Facebook but I hope to get more active on Twitter

Thank you for posting this important information. I don’t remember how I got to your page, but there is so much valuable info there.
I’ve lost 15 lbs with another 40 or so to go. I have been diagnosed with Hashimoto’s and I.R. since about 2004. I had nearly lost hope until I started keto and intermittent fasting 2 months ago. Now I am considering a meat-only diet.
Anyway, just wish you lived in Austin so you could be my doc! If you end up doing a tele-medicine practice some day, I’d be interested in being notified.
Thanks again for all the great information!
Thanks for the kind words and good luck 🙂
Your welcome 🙂
Congratulations, keep up the good work
enjoyed the pdf. Thanks.
